A tiny break from the busy world.

When people get a spare five minutes, they usually spend it scrolling and come away feeling worse. This is a different thing to open in that gap: 20 short moments that finish on their own and then let you go.

What is this?
A handful of small interactive moments. You pick how you want to feel, something short happens, and then it ends. Most take one to three minutes.
Why does it end so quickly?
Because that's the point. This isn't trying to hold your attention. If you close the tab after two minutes feeling slightly better, it worked.
Is this therapy?
No. It's closer to a nice postcard than to healthcare. Nothing here treats or diagnoses anything, and it isn't a substitute for talking to a professional or someone you trust.
Do you keep what I type?
No. The two moments with a text box keep what you write in your own browser and never send it anywhere. Moments you make for someone else are packed into the link itself, not into a database.
Why is there no feed?
No feed, no likes, no follower counts, no streaks, nothing to come back for out of obligation. Those things are built to take more of your time. This is built to take less of it.
